Happy New Year to our valued Friends of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre members! Today, we are sharing that starting January 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM, The St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Ponte Vedra Concert Hall will be transitioning from Ticketmaster and AXS will become the official ticketing partner of both venues. This transition is part of the venues’ ongoing efforts to enhance your ticketing experience with secure, seamless, and user-friendly technology.

As an active FOSAA member, here’s what you need to know:

• There will be no change to your presale benefits: You will still receive an email notification alerting you when a show will go on sale and you will still utilize your unique presale code, however you will now purchase tickets through AXS rather than Ticketmaster.
• Your Current Tickets Are Safe:Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster prior to January 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM, will remain valid—no need to exchange or update them. Have questions about your existing tickets? Visit the FAQ page for detailed answers.
• Future Purchases Made Simple:Starting January 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM, tickets will be available exclusively through AXS, the venue websites, and box offices.
• Creating an AXS Account:
  • Upon purchasing tickets, your AXS tickets will automatically be added to your existing AXS account.
  • If you don’t have an AXS account, you’ll be prompted to create one during your purchase or can create one at comby entering basic information.
  • Be sure to download the AXS App: iOS App Store| Android.
